Our privacy policy is being updated with all the legal talk.
I will thumbnail our policy for you, the legal jargon will say the same thing.
We do not share your private information with anyone, we do not sell , rent, giveaway, or share with any of our affliates. Frankly it is none of their business. That is the way I feel about my private information so I believe in the same treatment for your financial information.
Your credit card information you give to use to make your purchase is used by us to fullfill your order via an authorization from the credit card company. Once we have the authorization, we delete your financial information given to us.
Strong encryption is used to protect your financial information and personal infomation. Again your credit card information is deleted from our system for your protection.
Using this approach to privacy we have never had a customers financial or personal information stolen.
We ship from our various warehouse distribution centers they recieve only shipping information to fullfil your order and the information is not kept with the distribution center.
We retain your Name, address and phone number and email address, again this information is never shared with anyone, sold or rented to anyone. We have no intention of selling the business, but if we did, that information would be transferred only upon agreement that the information is used as we have described to you and if they wish to expand on its use, they will have to obtain your approval, giving you the option of removing your name and address as described from the records. Again this goes back to my own philosophy of protection of someone's privacy. I am very aware that your name is the most important thing you have, thus the reason we delete financial information. We do not have "automatic fill in" of your financials on a second or third or any future sale all must be inputed by you for your protection, We transact your request and I cannot stress enough that we destroy your financial information, only name address, email and phone in case we need to contact you regarding an order. The only autofill would come from stored information on your computer that you allow to autofill forms on various websites. Personally I will put my name and address in autofill for convience, but I never leave sensitive information such as credit or financial information on my personal computer, I recommend our customers do the same. That descision is up to you, it is your computer that is exposed, not anything we have set up here for your convience.
There will be a privacy statement provided with all the legal talk, that says what can be said in down to earth table talk as I just gave you.
We reserve the right to amend the privacy statement , but only to further ensure the safety of your identity. Check from time to time, for the legal talk update, and any strentghtening of the privacy of your good name.
