1. Are my payments secure?
Yes, all of our transactions are encrypted using industry standard equipment to ensure that only we see your private information. Using SSL encryption used by the government , your private information is safe from prying eyes.
2. How long until I receive my order?
Depending on the shipping method you chose, anywhere from 2 to 10 days.
3. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Discover, MasterCard, American Express and Debit Cards of the listed credit Cards), as well as Personal Checks and Money Orders. Checks and Money Orders may take longer depending on the postal service.
4. Do I have to pay Sales Tax?
Only certain states must pay sales tax, you will be notified if taxes apply to your order before completing the checkout. Usually it is the state you reside in, if our offices are in your state. We are located in Kentucky.
Some states are considering taxes if the sale is made in that state ,but you are not a resident. We are fighting such laws and will keep you apprised of the situation.
This central location serves us well. For shipment of orders to anywhere in the US, Louisville is the 16th largest metropolitan area in the USA and transportation to and from the city is very good.
5. What are your normal business hours?
Our normal business hours are Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm.
The Website and E-Mail service is 24/7, we try to get back to you the same day on any questions the same day if the E-Mail arrives by 2:00 P.M. Eastern Time.
6. Do you offer gift cards?
We currently do not offer any gift cards.
This is something we plan for the near future, we hope we can have the program in place for the Christmas Season.
